Feint Terms of Service

Last updated: August 30, 2026Applies to: Feint for Android & Feint for MacPublisher: The Devs Tools

1. The License

When you buy a Feint license, you're licensing the software for use on one device at a time, per tier purchased (Screen Mirroring, GPS & Route Simulator, or Full Access). Owning both Screen Mirroring and GPS & Route Simulator separately gives you the same access as Full Access — you don't need to buy the bundle if you already own both.

Each license key can be active on one device at a time. To move a license to a new device, deactivate it on the old device first (Settings → License → Deactivate This Device) before activating it on the new one — this is instant and doesn't require contacting us.

2. Lost or Inaccessible Devices

If your device is lost, stolen, or wiped before you could deactivate your license, contact us at privacy@thedevstools.com with your purchase email and we'll manually free up the activation. We reserve the right to decline repeated requests that suggest a license is being shared across multiple people rather than transferred between your own devices.

3. Free Trial and Free Tier

Every install includes a 14-day full-featured trial. After the trial, Feint continues to work indefinitely on a free tier with reduced limits (mirror quality, route length, and route stop count) rather than locking entirely — you can upgrade at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

Feint is a development and testing tool for simulating device location and mirroring device screens. You agree not to use it to violate the terms of service of any third-party app, game, or platform (including but not limited to location-based games and services), to commit fraud, to evade legitimate location-based restrictions, or for any illegal purpose. You are solely responsible for how you use Feint and for any consequences — including account suspension by third parties — that result from that use.

5. No Warranty

Feint is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Feint, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access to third-party accounts or services, or device issues.

7. Refunds

Every Feint license includes a 14-day full-featured free trial before you pay anything, so we don't offer refunds after purchase.

If you're located in the EU or UK, you have a legal right to a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases — contact privacy@thedevstools.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll honor that regardless of trial usage.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Feint after a change means you accept the updated terms.
